Shopping centres are currently undergoing a significant transformation away from the traditional retail model and moving toward an customer experience model. This customer experience model provides visitors to the centre with a broad range of activities, be it entertainment or dining. The purpose of providing these experiences is to attract visitor to the centre without their primary motive being to shop.
